Registration Information

  • 2017 Fall Football & Cheerleading
    On-line Registration for the Fall 2017 for Football and Cheerleading is currently closed.

  • 2017 Fall Registration Fees for Football and Cheer
    • Flag Football (ages 5-7 only): $130
    • Tackle Football (ages 5-13): $220
    • Cheerleading (non-competitive; ages 5-9) - Tiny Mite (TM) and Mitey Mite (MM): $160
    • Cheerleading (competitive; ages 8-15) - Jr. Pee Wee (JPW), Pee Wee (PW), Jr. Varsity (JV), and Varsity (V) for Tackle Football: $230.
      Note: Maximum age for cheer is 15 years old as of July 31, 2017.
    • There is $15 discount for each additional football player or cheerleader.
    • Registration will run through June 15th.  After June 15th June 26th, a $25 late charge will be added to the registration fee for each registration.
    • Age for the season is the players age on July 31, 2017.
    Note: The above fees doe not include the minimum $30 fundraising fee per family.
    CANCELLATION FEE: There will be a $25 cancellation fee for each registration before July 1, 2017. Registrations cancelled after July 1, 2017 through July 31, 2017, will have a $50 cancellation fee. Due to costs associated with running the football and cheerleading programs, no refunds will be given after July 31, 2017.

    Practice's will begin on August 1, 2017.

    You will be notified by your coaches by the end of June.

    March 17th - On-line Registration Open
    May 6th - Apex Peak Fest (Come by and see us if you have any questions or would like to talk to us) 
    June 15th 26th - Last day of early registration (extended)

    August 1 - First day of Practice (All registration paperwork has to be handed in and registration paid before your child can receive equipment and start practice).  Forms are available at the bottom of this page.

    • 2017 Parent Athlete Questionaire - Only if not registered on-line
    • 2017 ASA Volunteer Agreement
    • Copy of 2016/17 Year End Report Card
    • Copy of Birth Certificate - Not needed if played lasted year for ASA.
    • Registration Fee has to be paid before equipment can be handed out and allowed to practice.
